Meet the Team
Tanya has 12 years of experience in the sport industry, most recently as the Head of Summer Sport Engagement for the British Olympic Association. Prior to that she held the post of Chief Operation Officer for the British Paralympic Association and Events Director for the international sports agency ‘Fast Track’.
She has worked with three Games organising committees, London, Vancouver and Beijing. Tanya has also worked with numerous National Governing Bodies, sponsors, broadcasters, venue owners, contractors, hotels and transport firms.
Tanya has held the following positions:
- Deputy Chef de Mission for Team GB at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
- Deputy Chef de Mission for Paralympics GB at the Beijing 2008 and Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Games.
- UK Sport Major Event Panel member 2010 to 2012.
Mark has 9 years of security and managerial experience in a military environment as a Commissioned British Army Officer. Mark has deployed on three operational tours of six months in Afghanistan serving within the Army’s elite Parachute Brigade.
He has vast experience in running multinational teams through structured process in unpredictable environments.
Most recently Mark has been based in the City of London, as the Adjutant of the Honourable Artillery Company and is the key liaison and interface between senior military figures and civilian high-end executives.
Mark was born in Brazil and lived for 10 years in Sao Paulo. He is a British and Brazilian citizen.
